under date the 28th Instant we
the undersigned, proceeded this day at eleven o'clock, to the Colonial Treasury, and being there, in concert with the officer
in charge of the Treasury examined and counted the actual Contents of
the Chest under the separate
Money
charge of the officer in
charge
of the
Treasury and we have the honour to report
that
we
found the amount of Fourteen thousand six hundred and forty-five dollars in notes, and the thousand and
sixty-four dollars and sixteen Cents in coin.
